About introduction of export ban of onion from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 11) of Item 1 of Article 6 and Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 2 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", article 29 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, and also Section 10 of Appendix 7 to the specified Agreement I ORDER:
1. Impose for a period of three months export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of onion (code of the single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 0703: 070310).
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to inform the Eurasian economic commission on application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order.
3. To committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of interaction with Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
