1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 28, 1996 No. 2920 "About ensuring activities of the Chairman and members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
