According to Art. 11-1 of the item (2) the Law No. 267/1994 on fire safety and the item of 15 subitems 14) Regulations on the organization and activities of the General inspectorate for emergency situations approved by the Order of the Government No. 137/2019, of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) standard form of the Declaration on condition of fire safety, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Instruction for filling of the Declaration on condition of fire safety, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official site of the General inspectorate on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy chief Inspektorat, the colonel of internal service Anatoly Vinichuk.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Instruction for filling of the Declaration on condition of fire safety

Chapter I General provisions

1. The declaration on condition of fire safety (further - the Declaration) represents the act of recognition and confirmation of observance of regulations and fire safety regulations on object.

2. For the purpose of this Instruction, the following concepts are determined and used:

nezadymlyaemy staircases – the part of the building intended for staircase arrangement, separated other rooms by structural elements with the normalized limits of fire resistance which do not allow hit in dangerous factors of the fire.

emergency exit – the exit conducting on the way of evacuation, directly outside or to the safety area;

evacuation way – way from the possible place of stay of the person through easy accesses to exit to the safety area or from the building outside;

3. Filling of the Declaration is obligatory for group objects I and II (according to Art. 11-1 of the item (3) the Law 267/1994).

4. Especially important state objects, large industrial and agricultural enterprises, subjects to mass stay of people, and also especially valuable objects of culture belong to objects I of group (according to Art. 23-2 of the item (2) the Law 267/1994).

5. Industrial enterprises, objects of trade, warehouses and bases, agricultural enterprises, educational, cultural and entertaining, improving, administrative agencies, apartment houses of the increased number of storeys and other objects which are not part of objects I of group treat objects II of group (according to Art. 23-2 of the item (3) the Law 267/1994).

Chapter II Filling of the Declaration

Section I General part of the Declaration

8. The subsection No. 1 "The characteristic of object" in the heading "Value of Criterion" is filled as follows:
