2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of November 16, 2016 No. 1338 "About approval of request form on receipt of public information and the Procedure for creation, representation and consideration of requests for receipt of public information which manager is Public service of Ukraine concerning work and its territorial authorities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 09, 2016 for No. 1592/29722.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to management of work and employment this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
