1. Approve the List of buildings, constructions, the equipment and other property, plant and equipment (funds) of the state companies which provision in lease irrespective of term is performed in coordination with authorized state body it (is applied).

2. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to strengthen control of target use and safety of the property of state-owned property assigned to the state companies, and also leased to other persons timely to stop the facts of illegal lease of state-owned property and in need of established procedure to make offers on involvement of the responsible persons guilty of violation of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
