For the purpose of implementation of the transparent mechanism of realization of the right to special use of water bioresources, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides creation of equal conditions of the competition for subjects of fishery:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food on realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on implementation of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of agreements on the right of special use of water bioresources in fishery water objects (their parts) by the electronic biddings (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on implementation of holding auctions for sale of the right to the conclusion of agreements on the right of special use of water bioresources in fishery water objects (their parts) by the electronic biddings;

The standard agreement on the right of special use of water bioresources in fishery water objects (their parts).

3. Determine the coordinator of the pilot project the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, participants - the State agency of melioration and fishery and subjects of fishery.

4. Determine that:

agreements in fishery water objects (their parts) affect the right of special use of water bioresources from the date of their conclusion and no more than one calendar year;

the realization of the pilot project will be enabled in expense limits for KPKVK 2804010 "Management and management in the field of melioration and fishery" and the extreme number of workers of the office of the State agency of melioration and fishery and its territorial authorities for the corresponding year.

5. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

7. To the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food provide representation within two months after completion of implementation of the pilot project to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the report on results of its realization, and also in case of need suggestions for improvement of the legislation in the respective sphere.
