About dissolution of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Grant Provided by the Austrian Development Agency"

1. Dismiss public organization "Division on Implementation of the Grant Provided by the Austrian Development Agency" with carrying out liquidation procedure.

2. To donate personal estate of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Grant Provided by the Austrian Development Agency" to the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. To provide to the ministry of infrastructure and regional development liquidation of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Grant Provided by the Austrian Development Agency", according to legislation provisions.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 557/2015 about Division on implementation of the grant provided by the Austrian development agency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 224-233, 636).

5. Declare invalid Item 6 of appendix No. 3-3 to the Order of the Government No. 690/2017 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of infrastructure and regional development (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 792), with subsequent changes.
