1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Architecture:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (rates) (Minstroyarkhitektura) "The report on the prices (rates) for works (services) in management and maintenance of construction machines and mechanisms and the amount of the rent" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report from December 10, 2022 till January 9, 2023;

Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (rates) (Minstroyarkhitektura) "The report on the prices (rates) for works (services) in management and maintenance of construction machines and mechanisms and the amount of the rent" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report from December 10, 2022 till January 9, 2023.

Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance on whose balance there are construction machines and mechanisms performing the works (rendering services) in management and maintenance of construction machines and mechanisms, on the list created by the Ministry of Architecture.

3. Recognize invalid:
