Chapter I. General provisions

Article 1. Hulk Maslakhata of Turkmenistan

For the purpose of expansion of national movement for the greatest strengthening of achievements of Turkmenistan in days of Independence, removal of the country on higher level of development, achievement of new boundaries in social and political, social and economic, cultural and humanitarian and legislative and legal spheres, promotion of the achieved success in our contemporary history it is created Hulk Maslakhata of Turkmenistan.
