About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" and in pursuance of article 316 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "About licensing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240

1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2023.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In Rules of state registration of the inland navigation vessels, courts of the swimming mixed (river sea) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2007 No. 812:

add Item 2 with part two of the following content:

"Registration documents are understood as the documents issued by results of state registration of courts, the rights to them, transactions with them and changes of the data which are subject to entering into the Register including data on suspension of state registration of the vessel and on vessel exception of the Register.";
