About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning the separate products used for feeding of animals

According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning the separate products used for feeding of the animals classified by code 2309 90 960 9 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 3 percent from customs value from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 2309 90 960 9 of the CN FEA EEU to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<45C>" with the reference "<73C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 73C of the following content:

"<73C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 3% of customs value is applied from 01.01.2023 till 31.12.2023 inclusive.";

c) to declare the note 45C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union invalid.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2023.
