About introduction of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan versions of 2022

1. Take into consideration that:

The World Customs Organization for the purpose of harmonization of the international classification of the goods addressing in world trade, makes changes and additions to the Harmonized commodity description and coding system;

since January 1, 2022 the 7th version of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Commonwealth of Independent States is implemented in practice.

2. Enact the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan versions of 2022 developed based on updated Harmonized commodity description and coding system since January 1, 2023.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers till January 1, 2023 in connection with enforcement of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the version of 2022 to approve the inventory with the changed classification codes.

4. To the ministry of investments and foreign trade and the State Customs Committee till January 1, 2023 to provide the edition, bringing to the interested organizations and placement on the official websites of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the version of 2022.

5. Declare invalid since January 1, 2023 the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2017 No. PP-3448 "About introduction of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the version of 2017".

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister Zh. A. Hodzhayev and the chairman of the State Customs Committee A. Yu. Mavlonov.
