1. 2. Establish procedure according to which The Budget Waved system takes root the Ministry of support waved also the senior generation together with the Ministry of Finance, and reducings poverty and the State Tax Committee by coordination of activities for unconditional execution of parameters of the income of funds for the solution of social and economic problems waved the Ministry of Economic Development (further - Fund) by means of research of additional sources and expansion on this basis of profitable base of everyone waved proceeding from peculiar features and potential of makhally.

3. Determine that since January 1, 2023 10 percent of the means collected on the property tax and the land tax (except for the property tax and the land tax on non-residential premises) in areas according to appendix, are transferred in the relevant funds to the 10th following month under report through budgets of areas.

5. Determine that:

6. Determine that self-government institutions of citizens regularly take place on information portal "The open budget" of the data on:

to the held events and actions recommended for financing at the expense of the means created on the basis of The Budget Waved system;

tax debt of physical persons on the property tax and the land tax.

7. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of support waved also the senior generation to bring in the Cabinet of Ministers:

till July 1, 2023 - information on results of legal experiment and the offer on implementation of this system in all areas (cities) of the republic;

in monthly term together with the interested ministries and departments - offers on the changes and amendments in legal acts following from this resolution.

8. Assign to the acting minister on support waved also the senior generation of T. A. Hudoybergenov and the Minister of Finance T. A. Ishmetov the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.
