The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for use of funds from the account of "Fund of recovery of the destroyed property and infrastructure" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 2022 No. 879 "Some questions of financing of works on recovery of the destroyed property and infrastructure" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 64, the Art. 3852), changes which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 14, 2022 No. 1190 "About statement of structure of the Interdepartmental commission on consideration of addresses and preparation of offers on distribution of fund of recovery of the destroyed property and the infrastructures on objects which are subject to recovery" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 84, the Art. 5189).

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of funds from the account of "Fund of recovery of the destroyed property and infrastructure"
