1. Approve the enclosed Rules of agreement signature about recognition of results of activities with the self-regulatory organization based on voluntary membership (participation).

2. To provide to department of policy of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2023 and is subject to official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of agreement signature about recognition of results of activities with the self-regulatory organization based on voluntary membership (participation) (further – Rules), are developed according to subitem 4-1) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About self-regulation" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for agreement signature about recognition of results of activities with the self-regulatory organization based on voluntary membership (participation) (further – the agreement on recognition of results of activities).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) the self-regulatory organization based on voluntary membership (participation) (further – self-regulatory organization) – the non-profit organization in the form of association (union), public association or other form of business established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan operating along with state regulation in spheres of business or professional activity, establishing requirements to subjects of self-regulation and their activities above the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) authorized body on entrepreneurship – the state body performing management and cross-industry coordination in the field of development and support of private entrepreneurship

3) the agreement on recognition of results of activities of self-regulatory organization – the agreement between regulatory state agency and self-regulatory organization based on which transfer of members (participants) of self-regulatory organization from high risk in average risk degree or from average risk degree in low risk degree for operation of the agreement on recognition of results of activities is made;

4) rules of self-regulatory organization – the document determining procedure for the organization of activities of self-regulatory organization and its members (participants);
