1. Enter since July 1, 2017 procedure according to which:

for the organizations exporting self-produced goods for foreign currency at the prices below cost independently or through foreign trade organizations of the ministries, departments and economic associations based on solutions of Special commission of experts on consideration of questions of export of products at the prices which are really developing in the world market, including below cost of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan created by the resolution of March 26, 2012 the proceeds from sales of goods (works, services) for the purposes of the taxation are determined No. PP-1731, proceeding from the actual sales price of goods (works, services);

the privileges and preferences operating for the export organizations of self-produced products extend to the organizations performing export of products which owners they are;

terms of execution of the certificate of conformity of the imported and made goods are reduced to 3 working days.

2. To the ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve the actions plan, on ensuring implementation of the international quarantine laws in national regulating documents in the field of quarantine of plants in a month.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments:

in a month to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the project of the Regulations on procedure for decision making about permission of export of the machines which were in the use, the equipment and mechanisms;

in two-month time together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
