1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities by bodies of legal statistics and special accounting.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2021 No. 1 "About approval of the Instruction for directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities by bodies of legal statistics and special accounting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 22055);

2) the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 5, 2022 No. 5 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2021 No. 1 "About approval of the Instruction for directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities by bodies of legal statistics and special accounting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 26484).

3. To provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of the copy of this order on official Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of the copy of this order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting for data, and also to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee.

5. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

Instruction for directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities by bodies of legal statistics and special accounting

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction for directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities by bodies of legal statistics and special accounting (further – the Instruction) disaggregates application of subitems 5), 12-2) Articles 6, of subitems 3), 4), 5) of Item 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state legal statistics and special accounting" (further – the Law) and the subitem 1) of Item 2 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About information access" in case of directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities by bodies of legal statistics and special accounting.

2. In this Instruction are used the following abbreviation:

1) ADIS - the automated dactyloscopic information system;

2) information – legal statistical information;

3) AIS SU - the automated information system "Special Accounting";

4) Code of Criminal Procedure of RK - Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) Criminal Code of Kazakhstan – Criminal Code of Kazakhstan;

6) the EDS of NUTs - the digital signature of National certification center of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) IUD - the information accounting document;

8) Committee – Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) the CIS - the Commonwealths of Independent States.

Chapter 2. Directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities

3. It is information - help servicing of physical persons and legal entities is provided in the way:

1) provisions of information on request;

2) provisions of information by means of rendering the state services;

3) placements of information on objects of informatization;

4) directions of electronic collections of legal statistical information;

5) the different ways provided by the subitem 8) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About information access".

Paragraph 1. Provision of information on request

4. Information on request is provided free of charge.

5. On demand information within indicators of reports, accounting and details IUD, without copies is provided (screenshot) of IUD, documents and forms of primary accounting.

In request unit of the information required is specified (crime, offense, criminal, person with indication of single number of physical (legal) person (individual identification number, business and identification number), and also the period for which it is requested.
