About approval of the Program of the integrated management of frontier for 2022-2025

Based on Item and) Article 5 and Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Program of the integrated management of frontier for 2022-2025 it (is applied).

2. To responsible bodies and organizations:

1) to perform the operations included in the Action plan on implementation of the Program of the integrated management of frontier for 2022-2025;

To represent 2) annually to the Ministry of Internal Affairs till February 10, and also on demand, reports on the course of accomplishment of the actions included in this Plan.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs represent to the Government:

1) annually till March 15 the report on results of implementation of the specified Program;

2) till April 15, 2024 the interim statement on assessment for 2 years;

3) till April 15, 2026 the final report about assessment.

4. Financing of the actions included in the Action plan on implementation of the Program of the integrated management of frontier for 2022-2025 to perform for the account and within the assignments approved for these purposes in budgets of the involved bodies and also from other sources, according to the legislation.

5. The estimated value of actions will be adjusted during implementation of the above-stated Plan, proceeding from amounts of the assignments which are available in the government budget.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

7. The order of the Government No. 1101/2018 about approval of National strategy of the integrated management of frontier for 2018-2023 and Action plans on its implementation (2018, Art. No. 448-460, 1261), with subsequent changes, to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
