1. Establish in 2007 to medical personnel of medical and obstetrical centers, doctors, paramedics and nurses of stations (departments) of emergency medical service of the federal state healthcare institutions which are under authority of Federal Medical Biological Agency, money payments in the amount of 5 thousand rubles a month for the doctor, 3, of 5 thousand rubles a month for the paramedic (midwife) and 2, of 5 thousand rubles a month for the nurse.

In areas and areas in which the decision of public authorities of the USSR or federal bodies of the government establishes coefficients for work in the region of the Far North and areas equated to them, mountain, desert, waterless and other areas (areas) with severe climatic conditions the specified money payments are paid using the corresponding coefficients.

2. The money payments specified in Item 1 of this resolution are performed taking into account provision to health workers of guarantees, stipulated in Clause 114, by Article part four 139, Articles 167, 183 and 187 Labor Code of the Russian Federation, within budgetary appropriations and limits of the budget obligations provided for 2007 in accordance with the established procedure on these purposes to Federal Medical Biological Agency.
