About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 502 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 to add with part 2 following of content:
"2. Illegal publication of data of the informer by the representative of mass media who received the message:
it is punished by penalty to the tenfold size or social jobs by duration till hundred o'clock or restriction of freedom for a period of up to one year or short-term imprisonment for a period of up to one month or imprisonment for a period of up to one year.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
