1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of documents concerning cultural values it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 No. 1397:

Chapter 1. General provisions

Only temporary export out of limits of the Republic of Belarus on condition of obligatory return import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus in time established in the conclusion (the allowing document) for the purpose of the international cultural exchange, in case of armed conflict and in other cases, stipulated by the legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus is allowed:

cultural values which are given the status of historical and cultural values (further – historical and cultural value);

cultural values which make Library stock of the Republic of Belarus or are included in Museum fund of the Republic of Belarus, except for historical and cultural values (further – the cultural values included in funds);

the cultural values offered in accordance with the established procedure for giving of the status of historical and cultural value by it;

the cultural values having special value for historical and cultural and archaeological heritage of the country, the Belarusian national culture which export will lead to considerable depletion of the Belarusian national culture (the cultural values created till 1950 by outstanding domestic and foreign artists and sculptors, the picturesque icons created till 1900 in the territory which is part of the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the arts and crafts objects created till 1930 in the territory which is part of the territory of the Republic of Belarus).
