About delivery (purchase) of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs for 2023
Based on Article 495 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish order sizes on delivery (purchase) of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs for 2023 according to appendix.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom, the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom till April 1, 2023 the conclusion of contracts of delivery of goods for the republican state needs for delivery (purchase) of agricultural products and raw materials specified in appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:
in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade to establish purchase prices on the agricultural products made in 2023 and which are purchased for the state needs;
together with regional executive committees to provide the direction on financing of purchase of agricultural products for the state needs of own means of suppliers, and also the credits of banks.
4. To provide to regional executive committees together with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food financing of purchase of agricultural products for republican state needs by suppliers whose insolvency has or acquires steady nature, including by application of non-cash forms of calculations and to take unconditional measures for delivery of agricultural products of harvest of 2023 on account of the advance payments issued by suppliers on these purposes.
5. To assign the personal responsibility for supply activity (purchases) of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs in 2023 to heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, chairmen of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom under supervision (structure) of which the organizations, being suppliers and suppliers of agricultural products and raw materials or by which shares (share in authorized funds) of such organizations are transferred to the control, and also the heads of the organizations who are suppliers and suppliers of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs in 2023 are.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
