Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. In Article 1 of the word "the state organizations, and also" shall be replaced with words "the organizations, and also on the questions entering its competence, system".
2. Exclude Article 3.
3. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Structure of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus consists of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, his deputies, ministers, chairmen of the state committees subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - the state committees), the Chief of staff of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. Heads of other state bodies and organizations according to decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus can be part of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.".
4. In Article 5:
in part one the word of "consent" shall be replaced with words "prior consent";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"Deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Belarus, ministers and other cabinet ministers of the Republic of Belarus are appointed to position and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Belarus.".
5. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus
Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus:
performs direct management of activities of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and bears the personal responsibility for its work;
will organize work of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, directs its meetings;
