According to part two of Article 246 of Chapter 39 of the Section VIII of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of August 15, 2022 to No. 2510-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine of rather some questions of accomplishment of Chapter 5 of the Section IV of the Agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand", the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the Convention on the procedure of general transit" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for realization of provisions of the Convention on the procedure of general transit in the territory of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine to finish the corresponding software for implementation of requirements of this order.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 22, 2020 No. 795 "About approval of the Procedure for filling of customs declarations of separate types", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2021 for No. 76/35698;

the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 12, 2021 No. 86 "About approval of the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities in case of application of general regime of transit with use of electronic transit system and the Procedure for assumption of vehicles and containers to transportation of goods under customs seals in the mode of joint transit", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2021 for No. 249/35871.

4. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
