1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Health:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 children's home (Ministry of Health) "Report of children's home" (is applied) and to enact it starting with the report for 2022;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 children's home (Ministry of Health) "Report of children's home" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2022.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to the children's homes subordinated to local executive and administrative organs, Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2020 No. 101 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 children's home (Ministry of Health) "Report of children's home" and instructions for its filling";
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2021 No. 96 "About change of resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
