About limiting establishment of the number of staff of employees of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of ensuring activities of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Establish:

a) the extreme number of staff of employees of central office of Federal Bailiff Service in number of 690 units (without workers and employees on protection, servicing of buildings and transport service), including the staff of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation in number of 180 people, federal government civil servants - 500 people, employees - 10 people;

b) extreme number of staff of employees of territorial authorities of Federal Bailiff Service:

since January 1, 2023 - in number of 76 333 units (without workers and employees on protection, servicing of buildings and transport service), including the staff of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation in number of 63 794 people, federal government civil servants - 12 539 people;

since July 1, 2023 - in number of 78 250 units (without workers and employees on protection, servicing of buildings and transport service), including the staff of bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation in number of 65 593 people, federal government civil servants - 12 657 people.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation to provide allocation to Federal Bailiff Service of budgetary appropriations from the federal budget, necessary for realization of Item 1 of this Decree.

3. Recognize invalid:
