According to the subitem 1 of Item 9 of the Order of interaction of authorized institution with applicants, investors with considerable investments, public authorities, local government bodies on the questions connected with maintenance of preparation and implementation of investment projects with considerable investments of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 23, 2021 647, I ORDER to No.:
1. Approve report form about condition of support of investment projects with considerable investments which is applied.
2. To provide to department of investments submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
