About rates for electrical and heat energy
According to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About natural monopolies" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the electricity tariffs distributed by Shabakakhoi Taksimot Bark Open joint stock company to final consumers (appendix 1).
2. Approve electricity tariffs for generation and the transfers delivered by Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" and Shabakakhoi Intikol Bark Open joint stock company for Shabakakhoi Taksimot Bark Open joint stock company (appendix 2).
3. Approve rates for the heat energy issued by Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" for consumers (appendix 3).
4. To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of change of average size of the electricity tariff by adoption of the corresponding order to determine adjustment coefficient to electricity tariffs according to which the Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" and Shabakakhoi Intikol Bark Open joint stock company render services to Shabakakhoi Taksimot Bark Open joint stock company.
5. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 22, 2019 as No. 329 "About rates for electrical and heat energy" and of April 27, 2022 No. 210 "About rates for production and transmission of electricity".
6. Enact this resolution since October 1, 2022.

2. To the organizations of education, health care, orphanages, boarding schools, retirement homes, organizations of the sphere of culture, religious associations and other organizations which do not have business activity, but financed from humanitarian funds or the government budget to make payment on rate of the budget sector established for organizations.
3. In case of excess of 10000 kW of hours of monthly expense of the electric power by the population, the difference of exceeding of this regulation will be calculated according to the rate established for 1 group.
