About limiting establishment of number of employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of ensuring activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Establish:

a) the extreme number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in number of 742 units (without personnel on protection, servicing of buildings and transport service);

b) the extreme number of employees of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in number of 2947 units (without personnel on protection, servicing of buildings and transport service).

2. To the government of the Russian Federation to provide allocation to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations from the federal budget, necessary for realization of Item 1 of this Decree.
