About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021 with Article 505.1 of the following content:
"Article 505.1. Submissions of the false declaration to office of the public defender
1. Inclusion in the written declaration provided in case of the appeal to office of the public defender for receipt of free legal aid in the cases provided by the Law "About Legal Profession", false data or concealment of the data which are subject to representation:
it is punished by penalty to the twentyfold size or social jobs lasting from eighty till hundred fifty o'clock or restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years or short-term imprisonment for a period of up to two months or imprisonment for a period of up to two years.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in one month after official publication.
