About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Police"

Article 1. "About police" (further – the Law) to state article 14 of the Law of April 16, 2001 to No. ZR-177 in the following edition:

"Article 14. Obligations of police in case of control of storage and use of weapon

1. The police shall issue in the procedure established by the law:

1) licenses for trade, finishing of civil and office weapon and start of shooting gallery (shooting range);

2) permissions to acquisition, storage, carrying, storage and carrying, storage and use of weapon, creation of collections of weapon and their demonstration;

3) permissions to use of separate types and models of the military small arms received from police for temporary use.

2. The police shall control observance of the procedure for turnover of civil and office weapon, cartridges established by the legislation to them, and also explosives of industrial application.

3. The police shall fulfill other duties provided by the Law "On Traffic in Weapons Regulation".".

Article 2. In Item 1 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law to replace the word of "ammunition" with the word of "ammunition".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective in one month after official publication.
