2. Enact this order after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Instruction of the chief of inspection Uzgoszheldornadzor of NGI 1/6-7-9 "About implementation of commission examinations of Rules of technical operation and instructions of employees of the ministries, departments, organizations, companies and organizations performing the activities in the field of rail transport" of 10.06.2004 from coming into force of this order to declare invalid.
