1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2021 No. 515 "About some questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring" the following changes and amendments:

"4) the list of positions of the Agency which gives the special ranks, and the limiting special ranks corresponding to them (marked "For office use")".;
in Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial monitoring approved by the above-named Decree:
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Location of the legal entity: Republic of Kazakhstan, 010000, city of Astana, area Saryarka, Ulitsa Beybitshilik, 10.";
25) of Item 15 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"25) consideration and decision making according to appeals of physical persons and legal entities within competence, and also the analysis and identification of the system problems specified in these addresses;";
state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19. Powers of the Chairman of the Agency:
Will organize 1) and performs management and coordination of activities of the Agency, exercises control of activities of territorial authorities and specialized public institution of the Agency;
2) on behalf of the Agency publishes legal acts, obligatory to execution, within the competence – the regulatory legal acts obligatory to execution by other state bodies, physical persons and legal entities;
3) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan appoints to positions and dismisses the staff (workers) of the Agency, heads of territorial authorities and their deputies, and also the head of specialized public institution;
