1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Health concerning implementation of distribution (redistribution) of syringes injection sterile, the solvent for vaccine against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus (Sodiumchloride 0, of 9%, water for injections and other) and containers for collection (utilization) of the medical waste which were purchased according to the budget program 2301270 "Performing vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" in 2021 between structural divisions concerning health care regional, Kiev city public administrations (for further providing healthcare institutions irrespective of pattern of ownership, physical persons - entrepreneurs who obtained the license for the right of implementation of economic activity on medical practice provided that they, as suppliers of medical services sign contracts on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees with National medical authorities) for performing immunoprevention of the population both for delivery of health care and between Security service, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Armed Forces, National guard, National police, Public administration by cases according to the actual demand specified in requests and/or other supporting documents for delivery of health care.

2. In the subitem 4 of Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for performing vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution caused by coronavirus of January 13, 2021 No. 23 "Questions of financing of the actions connected with vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 7, the Art. 346), words" (purchase of means in foreign currency)" to exclude.
