Bring in appendix 5 to the Procedure for maintaining the register of suppliers of electronic communication networks and services and its form approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and rendering services of mail service, of April 20, 2022 No. 30, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 07, 2022 for No. 502/37838, to which make changes, according to Item 2 of the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of electronic communications, radio-frequency range and rendering services of mail service, of September 21, 2022 No. 168 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution NKEK of April 20, 2022 No. 30", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on October 07, 2022 for No. 1203/38539, the following changes:
