About approval of the National program for consolidation and implementation of measures of anti-terrorist protection of objects of critical infrastructure for 2022-2026 and the Action plan on its implementation
Based on part (1) article 19 of the Law No. 120/2017 on the prevention and fight against terrorism (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 364-370, 614), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
1) the National program for consolidation and implementation of measures of anti-terrorist protection of objects of critical infrastructure for 2022-2026, according to appendix No. 1;
2) the Action plan on implementation of the National program for consolidation and implementation of measures of anti-terrorist protection of objects of critical infrastructure for 2022-2026, according to appendix No. 2.
2. To competent authorities in the field of the prevention of terrorism and fight against it:
1) to undertake the measures necessary for realization of provisions of the National program for consolidation and implementation of measures of anti-terrorist protection of objects of critical infrastructure for 2022-2026;
2) to provide to Service information and safety of the Republic of Moldova till January 15 annual statements about the measures taken for accomplishment of provisions of the specified Program for previous year.
3. To service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova to perform monitoring of implementation of the National program for consolidation and implementation of measures of anti-terrorist protection of objects of critical infrastructure for 2022-2026 and to annually represent to Parliament along with the annual statement about activities information on accomplishment of the specified Program.
