I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes the purpose, tasks, functions, the basic principles of creation and operation, the list of participants, procedure for access and information exchange of federal state information system "Management of single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh (further - system "Management of the Gostekh platform) with the state information systems, and also general requirements to information security of the specified system.

The system "Management of the Gostekh platform is part of single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh (further - the Gostekh platform) which is directed to increase in efficiency of realization of powers of the federal executive bodies, state non-budgetary funds, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and other state bodies formed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation (further - state bodies and off-budget funds) performed with use of the state information systems on the Gostekh platform.

For the purposes of this provision the terms specified in Item 2 of the Regulations on single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 16, 2022 No. 2338 "About approval of the Regulations on single digital platform of the Russian Federation Gostekh, on modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2015 No. 676 and recognition voided Item of 6 changes which are made to requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2017 No. 555 are applied". II. Purpose, tasks and functions of system "Management of the Gostekh platform

The purpose of creation of system "Management of the Gostekh platform is ensuring realization of processes of lifecycle of the state information systems on the Gostekh platform according to the methodical documents approved by presidium of Government commission on digital development, use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity (further - presidium of the Commission), with use of the automated tools of the production conveyor of development of the software and digital products included in the catalog of the digital products of the Gostekh platform (further - digital products of the Gostekh platform) providing creation, development and operation of the state information systems on the Gostekh platform.

4. Goal achievement, specified in Item 3 this provision, is provided due to accomplishment of the following tasks:

a) ensuring processes of creation, development, operation of the state information systems on the Gostekh platform;

b) realization of mechanisms of reuse of standard program components of the state information systems;
