About approval of forms of the departmental reporting and instructions for their filling for 2023

Based on subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 No. 95 "About some questions of information collection, not containing in the state statistical reporting" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve for 2023:

form of the departmental reporting "Data on contributions to republican fund of universal servicing of digital development and communication" of quarter frequency and instruction for its filling (are applied);

form of the departmental reporting "Data on network and quality of work of mail service" of quarter frequency and instruction for its filling (are applied);

form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" of quarter frequency and instruction for its filling (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
