2. Make alienation:

2.1. till July 24, 2023 by sale at auction (including at the electronic biddings) the isolated room which is in property of the Republic of Belarus and economic maintaining the transport republican unitary enterprise "Minsk Department of the Belarusian Railroad" (accession number 500/D-707944961), located on Ulitsa Ulyanovskaya, 41, the room 50, in Minsk, market value for July 25, 2022 of 4 890 000 rubles;

2.2. till December 31, 2023 by sale at auction (including at the electronic biddings) the property which is in property of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2, and also by its sale at auction (including at the electronic biddings) with lowering of starting price of sale:

for 50 percent after not productive or cancelled biddings, and also refusal of the single participant of acquisition of subject of the biddings which are carried out according to this resolution at the initial price increased by 5 percent;
