About approval of the Procedure for the organization of public procurements of the goods, works and services connected with protection of the state secrets
For the purpose of realization of Item 1 of part 4 of article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of public procurements of the goods, works and services connected with protection of the state secrets according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Center of judicial representation under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Service of the state protection in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic, to other state bodies and legal entities conducting the public procurements connected with protection of the state secrets in coordination with authorized body on public procurements to develop internal regulations of carrying out public procurements according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.
3. To represent to heads of state bodies (organizations) designated in Item 2 of this resolution to authorized body on public procurements annual reports on purchases of goods, works and services.
