About approval of the list of national institutes of development and other legal entities, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which directly or indirectly belong to the state, authorized on implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry

According to the subitem 2) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About industrial policy" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of national institutes of development and other legal entities, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which directly or indirectly belong to the state, authorized on implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
