About creation of Fund of green power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of forming of effective system of public administration in the field of green power, according to Articles 13, "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 17 and 26 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Create Fund of green power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve:
1) Regulations on Fonda of green power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the scheme of management of Fund of green power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
3. Establish the number of staff of Fund of green power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 12 established posts, taking into account junior service personnel.
4. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following change:
- add with appendix 27-1 in edition according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
