This Procedure regulates procedures of acceptance and issue of the provisional solution by customs authority concerning application of methods of determination of customs value of the goods imported into the Russian Federation (further respectively - the provisional solution, imported goods), according to Chapter 5 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union <1> (further - the Code), including conditions of its issue, terms of its action, and also adoption by customs authority of the decision on cancellation of the provisional solution.
