1. Approve the enclosed rules of forming, maintaining and content of working collections of the pathogenic and industrial microorganisms used in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population.

2. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since November 24, 2022 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of forming, maintaining and content of working collections of the pathogenic and industrial microorganisms used in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming, maintaining and content of working collections of the pathogenic and industrial microorganisms used in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 40-3) of article 9 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" and determine procedure for forming, maintaining and content of pathogenic and industrial microorganisms in working collections of pathogenic and (or) industrial microorganisms.

2. The working collection of the pathogenic and industrial microorganisms used in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population (further – working collection) the subjects performing the treatment of pathogenic biological agents (further – PBA), is intended (is created) for the solution of specific current objectives within the scientific, production, diagnostic, research purposes.

3. For studying of unique pathogenic and industrial microorganisms in the organizations authorized on forming, maintaining and content of national collections of pathogenic and industrial microorganisms working collections are created.

4. Working collections contain strains of the pathogenic and (or) industrial microorganisms isolated from various sources for the solution of the following tasks:

1) diagnosis of infectious and (or) parasitic diseases;

2) identification of the isolated PBA;
