Some questions of carrying out mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for warlike situation and within 90 days after its termination or cancellation:

the requirement for placement of self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag at the right top of windshield on the vehicle which is subject to mandatory engineering supervision is not applied;

the subjects of carrying out mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles who received forms of protocols of check of technical condition of the vehicle before entry into force of this resolution use them to complete expenditure.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 "About Traffic regulations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2019, No. 12, the Art. 416) and of January 30, 2012 No. 137 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out mandatory engineering supervision and amounts of check of technical condition of vehicles, the technical description and sample of the protocol of check of technical condition of the vehicle" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 16, Art. 581; 2019, No. 12, the Art. 416) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 and of January 30, 2012 No. 137

1. In the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306:

To exclude 1) in the subitem "v" of Item 2.4 of the word "reading of information from self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag on passing of mandatory engineering supervision by the vehicle, and also";

2) in paragraph one of Item 30.2 of the word", and the self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag about passing of mandatory engineering supervision by the vehicle is fixed in the right top of windshield (on the inner side) the vehicle which is subject to mandatory engineering supervision (except trail cars and semitrailer trucks)" to exclude;

To exclude 3) in the subitem "v" of Item 31.4.7 of the word "except self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag about passing of mandatory engineering supervision by the vehicle which is placed at the right top of windshield (on the inner side) the vehicle which is subject to mandatory engineering supervision".

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2012 No. 137:

1) according to the procedure of carrying out mandatory engineering supervision and amounts of check of technical condition of vehicles, approved by the specified resolution:

in subitem 11-1 of Item 2 of the word "with self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag" to exclude;

in the first offer of paragraph two of Item 18 of the word "with self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag which is placed at the right top of windshield (on the inner side) the vehicle" to exclude;

2) in the technical description and sample of the protocol of check of technical condition of the vehicle approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 1:

in paragraph one of the word "with self-adhesive radio frequency identification tag" to exclude;

exclude paragraph two;

in Item 7:

the second and third offers of paragraph one to exclude;

to state appendix to the technical description in the following edition:

"Appendix

to the technical description
