44-16) development and approval of procedure for production of the drive by anti-corruption service on cases on administrative offenses;

44-17) development and approval of procedure for establishment to the staff of anti-corruption service of allowances for special conditions of service, and also other allowances, surcharges;

44-18) consideration, the analysis, monitoring and identification of the system problems lifted by citizens in addresses, requests, responses and messages;";
