About some questions of the subordinated organizations of system of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of activities of the subordinated organizations, according to Articles 92-95, 230 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Rename:
1) Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 12.07.2024 No. 375
2) the state company "Bishkek Forming Plant" under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in the state company "Bishkek Forming Plant".
2. Reorganize:
1) the state company "Directorate on Management of Objects" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession to it of the state companies "Eldik" and "Turatali Markets" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the state company "Kara-Balta Center of Testing, Standardization and Metrology" by transformation to "Kara-Balta Center of Testing, Standardization and Metrology" organization.
3. Determine that:
1) the state company "Directorate on Management of Objects" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the state companies "Eldik" and "Turatali Markets" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic;
