In pursuance of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 75" the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 522

1. Establish form of data on comprehensive income of the citizen who is constantly living and working in the settlement with population to 20 thousand people and members of his family for provision of soft credits on major repair and reconstruction of premises, construction of engineering networks, construction of economic rooms and constructions according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
