According to Item 3 of Article 81 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
2. Determine that the first-priority procedure for making of customs transactions is applied to the types of goods included in the list approved by this Decision from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force till December 31, 2023 inclusive.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
