1. Approve Regulations on procedure for attraction of non-paid assistance to the sphere of support and development of mass media according to appendix.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 01.11.2012 No. 313
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripova A. N. and Azimova R. S.

to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 8, 2006 No. 232
1. This Provision determines procedure for attraction of non-paid assistance to the sphere of support and development of mass media for the purpose of ensuring economic independence of mass media of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - media).
2. In the field of support and development of media (further - non-paid assistance) are understood as non-paid assistance:
financial and other donations of legal entities and physical persons;
financial resources and property within technical assistance, grants and other free aid of the organizations, including payment of the expenses connected with trips, and also trainings, seminars, conferences held in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad;
non-paid rendering services, performance of works.
